Founded on November 18, 2011 and headquartered in Fengxian, Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, Xuzhou Zhibo Locomotives Co., Ltd. is a modern manufacturing enterprise specializing in the design, production, and sales of electric tricycles and spare parts. We market under our own brands QIQIAOBAN (七巧板) and YINGANG (银钢).
Our integrated facility operates 3 welding lines, 2 painting lines, 2 assembly lines, and 2 vehicle inspection lines, supported by 70+ mandatory and consistency inspection devices and 50+ R&D / trial-production units. Equipped with large four-column hydraulic presses, laser cutters, and robotic welders, we deliver consistent, mass-produced quality with an annual capacity of 80,000 electric tricycles.
We serve wholesale distributors, fleet operators, and OEM partners across Europe, Africa, and Central Asia, backed by overseas transit warehouses and a full in-house manufacturing and R&D capability.

Four-column hydraulic presses and laser cutters deliver consistent part forming at high automation.
Welding & Fabrication
CO₂ shielded welding with robotic welders. Dedicated lines for small parts, sub-assemblies, and full-vehicle welding.
Coating & Painting
Cathodic electrophoresis, a fully automated painting line, and an on-site wastewater treatment station for green production.
Assembly & Inspection
Automatic assembly lines with whole-vehicle inspection per national standards for every unit shipped.
R&D and Testing Center
Established in 2016 with an RMB 8.1 million equipment investment, our in-house R&D center drives independent electric tricycle development, structural analysis, and prototype testing — backed by 70+ mandatory inspection devices and 50+ R&D units.
